This was a charming place for a summer concert. Tips: if coming from out of town, stay at one of the hotels within walking distance, and if you have lawn seats, take beach chairs and get there early. Full review by Melissa W

This is an answer I can't 100% back because the smoking laws are forvever changing in Indiana but yes. I am a smoker and have smoked on the grounds and have seen many smoke there as well as recently as about 3 weeks ago. Many walk the canal that is connected and smoke there too as well. I am always very respectful if I must and have never been bothered.
