A federal judge has denied a Vanderbilt University quarterback's motion for a temporary restraining order that would have allowed him to play another season of college football.

Starting Vanderbilt football quarterback Diego Pavia's retraining order, part of his greater case with the NCAA, has reportedly been denied.

The NCAA was sued by Vanderbilt University’s quarterback, Diego Pavia, who claims the organization’s junior college eligibility rules are anticompetitive.
